Our History

How It Started

Dharmadevi RomanoThe International Natural Healers Association (INHA) was founded by Dharmadevi Romano in 2001 with the intention of bringing together both teachers and students of holistic healing, as well as connecting practitioners with those in search of natural healing.

A board-certified Holistic Health Practitioner, Dharmadevi has been practicing and teaching holistic healing modalities since 2000.

Currently Dharmadevi is co-director of Ananda Los Angeles with her husband Narayan, where they share the teachings of Paramhansa Yogananda.

Ozro HepworthIn August 2014, Dharmadevi entrusted INHA to Ozro Hepworth, who has helped thousands of people overcome health challenges as a certified massage therapist and yoga instructor.

INHA was exactly what he was looking for: a dynamic community of holistic healers.

“I believe the world is in dire need of natural healers. Throughout my 10+ years working as a natural healer I’ve noticed that people only find a solution to their illness after seeking out a more harmonious way of living.”

Moving Forward

Paul SpaethIn August 2016, INHA began a new journey under the leadership of Paul Spaeth. As a reiki practitioner and composer of healing music that has reached millions, Paul’s first-hand experience as both the healer and the healed has informed his deep desire to help others.

Paul’s own journey led him to dozens of natural healers in nearly every discipline. However, the two things he found missing over the years were:

  • A central place to learn about the modalities beyond Western medicine
  • A directory to find just the right practitioner for one’s needs

INHA
is that trusted source.

“Finding the right healer is like finding a needle in a haystack. With INHA’s database of certified natural healers, the process that took me years can take you just a few minutes. I intend INHA to be a trusted community where healers and patients can come together in a symbiotic way, sharing the goal of healing not only the body, but the mind and spirit too.

Welcome to INHA. May we all find joy and health on this journey together.”
